Top prospect decommits from ACC school; Commitment looming for DL target

It's been another busy week on the recruiting trail for Clemson basketball and football and here are some notes on the 2019 recruiting cycle including new offers, a notable de-commitment and one top football star is set to announce later today.

Clemson basketball gave out five offers reaching across four states, including two from Kentucky.
