May Snapshot: Clemson's making moves as summer approaches

While things seemed to move at a snail's pace through April, Clemson's recruiting picked up a significant commitment recently in five-star running back Will Shipley‍.

The Tigers held off a late run by Notre Dame, but even Clemson's crowded running back room wasn't enough to turn the tide to the Irish. It's also fair to say that after five consecutive Top 5 finishes and being one of the early favorites in 2020, Clemson has surpassed Notre Dame in national appeal.
