Do we think (or know) if the reduction in RB receptions is skill or by design? I just assumed that it was by design...there are so many WRs (and until this past year a TE) and with Feaster and ETN on the ground there's only so many plays...I think both Feaster and Etienne are capable receivers (and Fuller was for that matter)...
